What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of websites using WordPress and front-end technologies.
- Create responsive digital assets including landing pages, email templates, and marketing collateral.
- Design UX/UI solutions such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve engagement.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns and internal communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute digital initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency and design system alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI, or marketing design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Solid understanding of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Strong UX/UI knowledge including accessibility standards and usability principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or content capture.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, or MySQL.
- Experience with email marketing tools and SEO/digital analytics.
