Associate Designer

TL;DR

Associate Designer (Figma/Adobe): Designing production-ready creative across social, web, email, campaigns, and print with an accent on building clear, consistent brand communication and evolving brand systems. Focus on collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, copywriters, and strategy/marketing teams while managing multiple deadlines and presenting the “why” behind design decisions.

What you will do

• Design across social, web, email, campaigns, and print formats
• Turn concepts into polished, production-ready creative
• Partner with Art Directors, Designers, and copywriters to build effective work
• Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to align creative with goals
• Maintain and evolve brand systems across channels
• Present work clearly and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements

• 2–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showing thinking process, not only visual output
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Understanding of digital design (social, email, responsive web, UI/UX basics)

Nice to have

• Motion design experience
• Experience with AI creative tools
