What you will do
- Craft compelling ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media platforms.
- Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and performance data.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance creative and CRO.
- 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
- Must have established work authorization for the country of residence.
