What you will do
- Translate client goals into clear creative hypotheses and lightweight prototypes.
- Lead the creation of AI-generated and traditional assets including static, motion, and short-form video.
- Manage a small group of freelancers, including scoping, feedback, and budget tracking.
- Maintain prompt libraries, guardrails, and quality assurance standards.
- Partner with account and media teams to analyze KPIs and iterate on creative performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to increase speed and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2–3+ years of experience in art direction with a proven track record of moving KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and thoughtful promptcraft.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC with experience building design systems.
- Familiarity with platform specifications for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Experience managing freelancers or a small production team.
