What you will do
- Craft data-backed design assets and landing pages to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance creative and CRO.
- At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
- Knowledge of A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping.
- Must be based in the United States.
