What you will do

  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through experimentation and A/B testing programs.
  • Design and optimize website experiences, landing pages, e-commerce flows, and lifecycle email journeys.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue.
  • Lead the full design cycle: user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final execution.
  • Create and iterate on performance marketing creative informed by customer insights and business results.
  • Present design rationale and recommendations to company stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in design, growth, marketing, or UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful landing pages, e-commerce flows, and growth experiments.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Dovetail.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, analytics, and data-informed design.
  • Required: US-based work authorization (indicated by US health insurance and FSA benefits).
