TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Manila)

Salary: $800–$1,000 USD (Gross)

What you will do

  • Conduct one-on-one and group English language training sessions.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
  • Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Lead workshops on communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
  • Track learner progress, provide assessments, and share weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to address specific training requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines (Manila)
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor.
  • Excellent command of English (CEFR C2 level required).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with partial overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
  • Independent, accountable, and professional work ethic.

Nice to have

  • Experience with employee development projects or HR background.
  • Familiarity with web development or CRO terminology.
  • Experience teaching public speaking or presentation skills.
