TL;DR
Learner Success Coach (EdTech): Maximizing apprentice retention and progress by monitoring learner milestones and providing targeted coaching support with an accent on compliant educational practices and progress tracking. Focus on conducting routine reviews, managing learner LMS data, and embedding functional skills into coaching sessions.
Location: Must be based in the UK (Home based, with occasional travel to the London office)

What you will do
- Monitor learner progress and conduct routine reviews every 10-12 weeks to maximize retention.
- Provide coaching support sessions and guide learners to complete Functional Skills by month 6.
- Manage and report learner activity using the Aptem E-portfolio system and other LMS platforms.
- Collaborate with employers and data mentors to keep them updated on learner milestones.
- Identify and escalate risk factors relating to progress to the Line Manager.
- Embed Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities topics into learner sessions.
Requirements
- Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience in a relevant industry.
- Experience within Apprenticeships or relevant industry expertise.
- Understanding of the tech space and experience using AI tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, MI reporting tools, and learner LMS systems.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
