What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts within the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope, securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities, and accurate forecasting.
• Build a complete understanding of customers’ industries, business context, markets, and clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
• Work with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collect, analyze, and act on Voice of Customer feedback.
• Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders and escalate product needs and trends related to CBI+B solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10+ years of experience.
• Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in the target scope.
• Strong understanding of data analytics industry, business models, and solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, Shopper and Shopping Behavior, Customer Experience, and Advertising Effectiveness.
• Experience working with Finance and/or Tech & Durables sector clients.
• Solid understanding of market trends and how they impact customers.
