What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with established agency relationships and repeat buying patterns.
• Own day-to-day client communication, execute campaign requests, and handle platform troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Data Desk to provide audience proposals and ensure seamless delivery against marketing objectives.
• Maintain SFDC data integrity and contract accuracy while ensuring follow-through on delivery commitments.
• Prepare insights and materials for QBRs and identify incremental upsell opportunities.
• Utilize product and platform expertise to build trust with clients and internal partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate/B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
• Proficiency in SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for client meetings.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore (On-site)
• English: Fluent proficiency required
