What you will do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and outreach campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to offer tailored solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with operations, KAM, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, Fulfillment, or Marketplace industries.
- Strong data management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
