What you will do

  • Develop and execute pipeline generation strategies to sell the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers.
  • Meet individual sales quotas and objectives while managing territory account planning and forecasting.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying buying criteria to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the company professionally and support customer needs throughout the sales process.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling enterprise software with a strong professional network.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to named accounts, specifically targeting senior-level executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
