What you will do

• Support and coordinate social responsibility projects within the company.
• Contribute to project management for road safety initiatives, "Families in Need – Bayreuth Lächelt", and the "hirify.global Talent Program".
• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, workshops, and community activities.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners for successful project implementation.
• Create project plans and presentations.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Sports Management, Event Management, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in project management or event organization.
• Passion for social responsibility, safety, and social engagement.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
