What you will do

  • Provide functional leadership to the customer project management team while managing own international projects.
  • Execute technical calculations during the offer phase and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Management to optimize comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Lead international project teams as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements via standardization, automation, and digitization.
  • Coordinate site acceptance tests, installation, and commissioning of system projects.

Requirements

  • Technical university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring project teams.
  • Excellent English and good German language proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP and professional project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%).
