What you will do
- Operationally manage large-scale SAP projects and lead the BCG Platinion team.
- Interface with client leadership teams, including boards and senior management.
- Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies within complex application landscapes.
- Prepare and present offers for major SAP projects.
- Contribute to internal leadership tasks and participate in BCG practice group meetings.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects.
- Knowledge of SAP rollout procedures such as SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, and SAP Activate.
- Experience with supporting tools like Solution Manager, release management, and modern CI/CD environments (Jenkins).
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills.
