What you will do

• Operationally manage large-scale SAP projects and lead the BCG Platinion team.
• Interface with client leadership teams, including boards and senior management.
• Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies within complex application landscapes.
• Prepare and present offers for major SAP projects.
• Contribute to internal leadership tasks and participate in BCG practice group meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects.
• Knowledge of SAP rollout procedures such as SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, and SAP Activate.
• Experience with supporting tools like Solution Manager, release management, and modern CI/CD environments (Jenkins).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills.
