SAP Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Available in 7 locations; regular office Fridays are part of the working environment.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale SAP projects and lead the hirify.global project team.
• Interact with client boards and senior management together with hirify.global leadership.
• Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies and plans for complex application landscapes and client environments.
• Prepare and present offers for major SAP projects.
• Lead colleagues, drive internal content topics, and participate in leadership and practice group meetings.

Requirements

• Above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects.
• Strong methodological background and knowledge of SAP rollout procedures, including SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, and SAP Activate.
• Knowledge of supporting procedures and tools, including template management, Solution Manager, release management and transportation, process modeling, and modern CI/CD environments such as Jenkins.
• Overview of SAP S/4HANA and other solutions used in large transformation projects, including manufacturing, PLM, and MES contexts.
• Understanding of modern data-driven overall architectures and integration of individual modules into end-to-end processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, strong client and result orientation, communication and presentation skills, intellectual agility, team spirit, and the ability to align individuals and organizations around a common goal.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
