What you will do

• Support engagement and program management for non-consulting employees within the Business Services Team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive priority HR initiatives.
• Develop internal communication content for emails, newsletters, and microsites.
• Create professional presentations and materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and analytics using Excel to track program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student in Germany.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in business services and global work environments.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours/week during semesters and 40 hours/week during vacations.
