What you will do
- Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Create and maintain production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive successful event delivery.
- Optimize production costs and manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
- Secure necessary event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Conduct venue research and booking while implementing new production technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
- Native or fluent level of German required.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong network of vendors and venues with an understanding of technical production requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with additional languages.
