What you will do

• Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive successful event delivery.
• Optimize production costs and manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Secure necessary event permits and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Conduct venue research and booking while implementing new production technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Native or fluent level of German required.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network of vendors and venues with an understanding of technical production requirements.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with additional languages.
