Regional Planner (Project Management)

What you will do

• Strengthen regional project planning from tender phase through execution, aligning with global standards.
• Monitor and coordinate the regional project portfolio regarding milestones and schedule performance.
• Build and maintain portfolio overviews and project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Analyze critical paths, float consumption, and milestone achievability, identifying risks and mitigation measures.
• Define and maintain schedule-related KPIs and perform schedule quality checks.
• Coordinate planning-related decisions with regional stakeholders and support the continuous improvement of planning processes.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration or a comparable field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a planning function.
• Experience with Primavera P6 in multi‑project environments.
• Strong understanding of CPM, float analysis, schedule logic, constraints, and quality checks.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are beneficial.
