Location: Must be based in or around Cologne, Munich, or Sevenum; remote work is possible.

Salary: 15.9 - 16.62 € per hour

What you will do

• Support the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure alignment with goals.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to facilitate smooth operations and team communication.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to Transformation Managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Must reside in the Cologne, Munich, or Sevenum area.
• Basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strategic mindset and a genuine interest in IT organizational transformation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Miro and Power BI.
