What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities within the Softlines industry in Italy through existing and new clients.
• Develop a network of contacts and research market opportunities to attract new clients.
• Build growth strategies and plans across all Softlines segments in Italy.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure service level alignment and operational delivery.
• Communicate account management strategies and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent educational background.
• 10+ years of experience in a multinational organization.
• International business exposure in imported Softlines consumer products in sales, program, or key account management.
• In-depth understanding of the global Softlines products industry.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Milano, Italy.
