What you will do
- Provide professional and managerial leadership to the team, fostering a culture of coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and improve efficient workflows while defining performance frameworks and tracking business KPIs.
- Develop and scale the Smart Factory business model, including pricing strategies and expansion into adjacent sectors like pharmaceuticals.
- Align internal and external stakeholders and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships.
- Represent the Smart Factory initiative at the executive level with clients and at industry events.
- Lead strategic customer proposals to ensure revenue growth and achievement of business targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role within a production environment, including P&L or budget responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of factory maturity levels and experience managing plant transformation under operational pressure.
- Experience in developing and implementing program management frameworks, including governance and risk management.
- Strong expertise in Smart Factory, Operational Excellence, and B2B business model implementation.
- Willingness to travel worldwide on business.
