Location: Hybrid; must be based in one of the following locations: Denmark, Spain, Belgium, France, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Italy, Germany, or Poland.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Pre-Project Managers across European markets.
- Own and manage the opportunity pipeline for CED Europe, ensuring alignment with governance processes.
- Partner with sales to prioritize and shape opportunities based on strategic fit, risk profile, and capacity.
- Ensure delivery of competitive customer offers by leveraging the full integration of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Supplier Management and installation partners to secure cost-competitive and clear quotations.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of AI and digital tools.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience or strong potential for a people leadership role.
- Experience in pre-sales, engineering, project delivery, or solution development.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to navigate complex customer opportunities.
- Multilingual proficiency with excellent stakeholder management skills in an international matrix organization.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 30% internationally.
- Must be based in one of the listed European company locations.
