What you will do

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Pre-Project Managers across European markets.
• Own and manage the opportunity pipeline for CED Europe, ensuring alignment with governance processes.
• Partner with sales to prioritize and shape opportunities based on strategic fit, risk profile, and capacity.
• Ensure delivery of competitive customer offers by leveraging the full integration of the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Supplier Management and installation partners to secure cost-competitive and clear quotations.
• Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience or strong potential for a people leadership role.
• Experience in pre-sales, engineering, project delivery, or solution development.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to navigate complex customer opportunities.
• Multilingual proficiency with excellent stakeholder management skills in an international matrix organization.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 30% internationally.
• Must be based in one of the listed European company locations.
