What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of the Platform Project portfolio aligned with platform strategy and business priorities.
• Review project status, risks, and dependencies to maintain high portfolio transparency.
• Drive the resolution of cross-project conflicts and delivery bottlenecks.
• Prioritize platform initiatives based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
• Manage the effective allocation of platform-level resources across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Optimize the Platform Project landscape to improve overall delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a comparable technical field.
• Professional experience in planning, implementing, and managing complex projects.
• Experience within the wind energy industry and understanding of product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of platform-based development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
