• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical and G&A roles.
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse, exceptional talent.
• Build and optimize a high-velocity recruiting engine to increase hiring efficiency and velocity.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights to refine role requirements.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience across every touchpoint of the process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven expertise in hiring hard-to-fill technical roles using advanced sourcing tools and market research.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and conversion rates to optimize strategies.
• Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
• High level of AI fluency to accelerate repeatable workflows and solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
