What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and build passive candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process within Greenhouse from intake to onboarding.
• Integrate modern talent tech and AI tools like Claude and Gemini to optimize sourcing efficiency.
• Track and report on critical funnel metrics such as Time to Fill and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Conduct market intelligence and salary analysis to calibrate the talent strategy.
• Act as a brand ambassador to articulate the technical vision to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• Strong foundational understanding of software development and emerging technologies.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
