What you will do
- Own and execute complex sourcing and closing strategies for technical and AI-focused roles.
- Influence organizational hiring goals and lead cross-regional recruiting programs.
- Streamline recruitment procedures and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
- Mentor team members and implement best practices to improve overall hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring metrics and strategic objectives.
- Manage ambiguity in hiring processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations.
- Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present decisions to senior leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
