• Influence organizational hiring goals and lead cross-regional recruiting programs.
• Streamline recruitment procedures and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Mentor team members and implement best practices to improve overall hiring effectiveness.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring metrics and strategic objectives.
• Manage ambiguity in hiring processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations.
• Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present decisions to senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
