What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and niche roles across multiple departments.
• Deploy Boolean search and networking to source passive, high-tier talent.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate personas and align on market reality.
• Deliver weekly data-backed pipeline updates and proactively flag risks.
• Design and iterate on structured interview processes, assessments, and case studies.
• Actively leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
• Proven track record in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology.
• Advanced proficiency using ATS systems such as Ashby.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in a recruitment context.
• Exceptional closing skills and experience navigating complex salary negotiations.

• Experience building employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing programs.
• Experience hiring across digital and growth-focused functions like performance marketing, product, design, and engineering.
