Salary: $180,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Develop multi-channel global campaign strategies aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
• Operationalize a unified campaign framework including audience segmentation and measurement.
• Own pipeline contribution targets and oversee lead acquisition and nurturing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops to ensure GTM alignment.
• Lead and grow a global team across campaign management and content activation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
• Must be able to work in-person at least three days a week in Newton or New York.
