What you will do

  • Own and scale non-paid channels including email, webinars, and direct mail targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns aligned with business goals and sales priorities.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data to improve pipeline generation efficiency.
  • Develop intent and interest-based programs in partnership with Sales to engage high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to activate targeted content for enterprise buyers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps to ensure integrated demand generation efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, or HubSpot.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize results based on performance metrics.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling startup environments.
