TL;DR
Vice President, Marketing (Logistics): Leading the end-to-end marketing strategy and GTM alignment to drive revenue and pipeline growth with an accent on demand creation and marketing engine modernization. Location: Remote within the U.S. (Chicago preferred)
Salary: $175,000 - $215,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and annual planning, setting goals and success metrics aligned with company growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Revenue Ops, and Product teams to align GTM plays and ensure seamless funnel handoffs.
- Build and manage an integrated demand engine encompassing ABM, digital, content, and field programs to drive predictable bookings.
- Optimize conversion across the funnel using data-driven insights to refine targeting, offers, and channel mix.
- Advance the marketing tech and AI roadmap to strengthen data quality, attribution, and lifecycle automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience spanning demand generation and integrated campaign strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling programs that drive measurable ROI and pipeline growth.
- Experience hiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and strong GTM instincts.
- Ability to travel as required.
