What you will do

  • Establish hirify.global's enterprise sales presence and foundation for a regional team in Singapore.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative, solution-based Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Manage long-term strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets for the Singapore office.
  • Develop and adapt the sales playbook specifically for the Southeast Asian market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience building or scaling Enterprise sales teams in APAC or emerging markets, ideally in SaaS or legal technology.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software using consultative, value-based selling methodologies.
  • Strong ability to articulate technical AI concepts to senior legal professionals.
  • Must be based in Singapore to serve as the founding sales leader on the ground.
  • Passion for AI applications in knowledge work and the legal profession.
