What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Taiwan and Hong Kong enterprise and public sectors.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and Heads of AppDev regarding AI-driven DevOps models.
• Manage complex, high-value enterprise deal cycles, including RFPs and multi-year modernization programs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver technical proposals and ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain deep expertise in regional AI SDLC trends, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor go-to-market messaging for the local landscape.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise account management or business development experience.
• Proven track record of selling to Taiwan and Hong Kong public and private sectors.
• Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese/Mandarin.
• Deep understanding of formal government tendering processes and compliance frameworks.
• Experience selling complex enterprise software, DevSecOps, or DevOps lifecycle solutions.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical engineering teams and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Spoken Cantonese proficiency.
• Experience with Taiwan AI Action Plan 2.0 or Hong Kong OGCIO modernization projects.
• Knowledge of Taiwan FSC financial regulations and data localization requirements.
• Experience leveraging regional System Integrators and distributors like Systex.
