TL;DR

Associate Client Executive (Cloud Infrastructure): Driving sales across Commercial (“Mittelstands”) accounts to achieve revenue goals with an accent on new business acquisition and pipeline generation. Focus on proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and building trusted relationships within the partner ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in or around Hamburg with ability to travel regularly to customers and partners.

What you will do

  • Drive territory and account execution across a defined list of Commercial accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and targeted outreach.
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand existing business and increase adoption of additional workloads.
  • Co-sell with hirify.global’s route-to-market ecosystem, including Channel Partners, GSIs, and Distribution.
  • Maintain strong sales discipline through CRM hygiene, accurate data, and structured deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in/around Hamburg with the ability to travel regularly.
  • Fluent German and English (C1).
  • Strong motivation for new business acquisition ("hunting") and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Interest in hybrid/cloud infrastructure and willingness to deepen technical knowledge quickly.
