Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (Standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Compensation: OTE €150,000 – €190,000 (Base: €82,500 – €104,500)

What you will do

• Lead deep discovery to uncover operational friction and align solutions with critical business pain.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate customers with a relentless focus on measurable business impact.
• Hunt and develop new business within assigned accounts while deepening existing relationships.
• Engage C-suite and IT stakeholders to align on organization-wide platform deployment.
• Design and execute quarterly territory strategies to drive revenue growth and customer success.
• Guide customers through the adoption of AI agents as trusted teammates within their workflows.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office on a hybrid schedule.
• Proven ability to run structured sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
• Strong track record of proactive pipeline generation and prospecting.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate or enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate ambiguity calmly.
