What you will do

  • Support the development and expansion of customer relationships across the Hamburg metropolitan region.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities in target industries.
  • Contribute across the full sales cycle alongside experienced Account Executives and channel partners.
  • Execute structured territory and account planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and resellers.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and good English skills (B2+).
  • Initial experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales, ideally in IT.
  • Strong interest in networking, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
  • Structured, data-driven working style with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident customer-facing presence.
  • Must be based in the Hamburg metropolitan region.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
