What you will do

• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to strategic law firm clients, embedding within their organizations to drive AI adoption.
• Design and lead end-to-end AI transformation programs covering use case prioritization, governance, and success measurement.
• Build operational infrastructure including repeatable transformation playbooks, executive workshop formats, and value realization frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal engineering, and product teams to identify adoption barriers and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable strategies tailored to each firm's unique structure and business goals.
• Define and track key success metrics such as ROI, customer health, and executive engagement.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.
• 12+ years of experience practicing law at a top-tier firm combined with experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Deep understanding of the business of law and how AI is reshaping the industry.
• Proven ability to build functions from the ground up and design scalable playbooks.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise managing partners.
• High-agency operating style suited for a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
