TL;DR

Legal Innovation Partner (AI/LegalTech): Serving as a primary strategic advisor to law firms and legal departments to drive AI transformation and maximize platform value with an accent on AI adoption roadmaps and change management. Focus on designing high-impact AI use cases, measuring ROI, and managing complex C-level stakeholder relationships.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in Lehi, Utah

Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of law firms and legal departments, overseeing their AI transformation journey.
  • Drive business growth by owning renewals and identifying expansion opportunities to maintain high net revenue retention.
  • Develop and execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps, identifying high-value use cases and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead executive business reviews with CIOs, COOs, and Chief Innovation Officers to communicate ROI and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate client feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at legal technology conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, or management consulting within the legal sector.
  • Proven expertise in using AI for legal workflows and implementing AI strategies.
  • Deep understanding of law firm operations, decision-making processes, and attorney behavior.
  • Experience owning B2B SaaS client relationships and renewal/expansion outcomes.
  • JD or equivalent legal industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and industry events.
