Salary: $152,000 - $215,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the North America GW&S strategy to drive profitability and margin improvement.
• Partner with underwriting, commercial, and finance leaders to identify high-value opportunities and corrective actions.
• Define analytics priorities and ensure the business has the right tools for data-led decision-making.
• Evaluate and prioritize investment requests, creating business cases aligned with the overall strategy.
• Lead the NA GW&S Strategy Realization Board and participate in key management forums.
• Collaborate with Delivery & Change teams to ensure initiatives are scoped, resourced, and delivered on time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wholesale/E&S and specialty insurance markets.
• Proven track record of shaping and delivering strategy in complex environments.
• Deep commercial acumen and strong analytical capability using data to inform underwriting and pricing.
• Experience in large-scale transformation, project management, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in executive-level reporting and business case development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across underwriting, finance, and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in A&H and/or Facultative insurance.
• Experience with technology optimization and digital/AI implementation in the re/insurance industry.
• Background in top-tier consulting or internal strategic advisory roles.
