What you will do

• Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
• Oversee complex strategy and transformation programs end-to-end, including operating model and organization design.
• Drive business growth by independently generating client billing and originating new business opportunities.
• Design and execute digitally enabled transformation programs leveraging AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent with a focus on executive readiness.
• Contribute to firm governance, go-to-market strategy, and cross-border service development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior-level experience in management consulting, organization design, and change management.
• Proven track record of winning and leading large-scale, multi-function transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong background in AI-enabled transformations, data strategy, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work 5 days per week in the office.
• Demonstrated external market leadership through speaking engagements or industry association involvement.
