What you will do

• Manage a full slate of 8–10 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Deliver a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Improve recruiting workflows and documentation across business functions.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other recruiters to streamline processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for G&A roles (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple open roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven outcomes.
• Must be based in New York
