What you will do
- Define and evolve the BI strategy and roadmap for the Prescription Business Unit.
- Lead KPI governance, performance reviews, and forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and Business leaders.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), including targeting and territory optimization.
- Manage CRM analytics, adoption, and the optimization of omnichannel engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to transform insights into strategic recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and self-service analytics to track portfolio performance and support launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, or Analytics within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience supporting Primary Care and Specialty Care businesses.
- Proficiency in Business English and Spanish.
- Expertise in Power BI, Excel, databases, and CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead through influence.

- Postgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Marketing, or Data Science.
