What you will do

• Analyze complex real-time performance data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Own critical strategic initiatives and translate strategies into actionable plans with clear OKRs.
• Ensure operational excellence by translating performance guidance into detailed actions and maintaining ad quality.
• Identify automation and process optimization needs, collaborating with relevant teams to implement improvements.
• Communicate performance achievements and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor detailed performance metrics and flag issues for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
• Strong business acumen and ownership mindset with proven project delivery from start to finish.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools such as SQL.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with proactive communication skills.
