What you will do

• Partner with operational teams to define and challenge relevant KPIs for data-driven steering.
• Translate business needs into data requirements, coordinate with Data teams, and identify sources.
• Own UAT for data models and semantic layers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design and build high-impact dashboards in Strategy BI tool for business empowerment.
• Drive change management via training and support for BI tool adoption.
• Conduct advanced analytics on metrics evolution, correlations, and impacts; create presentations with storytelling.
• Produce, maintain, and distribute recurrent reports; provide ad-hoc data extractions and analyses.

Requirements

• English is a must
• Advanced SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Data management skills: define business requirements, perform rigorous UAT
• Storytelling, active listening, project management, simplify complex topics
• Extreme attention to detail, high autonomy, prioritization, strong customer focus
