What you will do
- Become an expert on Vapi’s platform, customers, and the Voice AI market.
- Generate qualified pipeline via inbound conversion and strategic outbound prospecting.
- Run discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and expand opportunities within target accounts.
- Build and manage a territory strategy focused on high-potential accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems while refining outbound motion as the company scales.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience.
- Proven track record of top performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bias toward action with ownership and execution without waiting for direction.
- Resilient, coachable, and energized by challenges.
Nice to have
- Prior startup experience (Series B to F).
- Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure, developer tools, AI, or other technical products.
