What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and operational management of Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Manage on-premises data center operations and ensure seamless integration with cloud systems.
• Define and implement enterprise DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Improve system reliability through SRE practices, observability, and incident management.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and IT leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Proven experience managing on-premises data center infrastructure.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO).
• Professional certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
