What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure Cloud platforms and associated services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning via IaC and develop reusable CI/CD pipeline templates for microservices and APIs.
• Manage cloud landing zones using Terraform and monitor platform observability and cost management.
• Integrate security tooling to satisfy non-functional requirements, including vulnerability scanning and static analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to consolidate DevSecOps tools and mentor other infrastructure engineers.
• Ensure systems align with CMS/NIST quality and compliance standards to maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Mastery of core DevOps concepts: virtualization, containerization, and networking.
• Must be based in the USA to support Federal Civilian business unit customers.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and cost tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) and cloud-native architecture.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting.
