Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve shared CI/CD infrastructure, including templates and pipeline abstractions.
• Build and maintain shared MCP server infrastructure and agent orchestration harnesses.
• Develop and manage shared infrastructure for AI agent sandbox environments, including container orchestration and security guardrails.
• Drive AI tooling adoption through documentation, onboarding, and direct team engagement.
• Measure platform impact using DORA metrics and developer productivity data.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to internal best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI or Jenkins) at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Production-scale experience with Kubernetes and Helm on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with LLM developer tooling (MCP, agent orchestration, or AI harnesses).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Nice to have

• Experience in Engineering Enablement or Platform Engineering roles.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Experience with artifact management systems like JFrog Artifactory.
