TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating new business leads and expanding the customer base for an autonomous pentesting platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on executing cold outreach strategies, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating discovery meetings with target prospects.

Location: Must be located in the Chicagoland area (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 OTE annually

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors through its autonomous pentesting platform, NodeZero.

What you will do

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and manage the end-to-end lead qualification process.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai for prospecting.
  • Coordinate with sales reps to implement handoff plans and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal.
  • Monitor and strive to exceed established sales goals and targets.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in cybersecurity or the SaaS space.
  • Must be located in the Chicagoland area.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of online privacy and security standards.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
