What you will do

• Build and operationalize a centralized marketing delivery and orchestration model across all marketing functions.
• Design and implement a structured marketing intake system and governance to replace ad hoc processes.
• Lead a team of Art Directors responsible for campaign concepting and creative development.
• Develop standardized campaign briefs tied to revenue-driving objectives and pipeline goals.
• Manage external agency strategy, including briefing, partner evaluation, and cost-effective delivery.
• Track key performance metrics such as campaign delivery speed, SLA adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or agency operations.
• Proven experience building and scaling marketing operations functions and execution frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience leading creative operations or internal agency-style teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
