What you will do
- Develop and execute customer journey and lifecycle marketing strategies across growth, onboarding, and retention stages.
- Build and optimize multi-touch campaigns, nurture programs, and communications to support long-term partnership success.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Field Operations, and BI teams to ensure aligned and timely customer communications.
- Manage advocacy and engagement programs, including testimonials, peer learning, and customer ambassador initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure campaign impact and inform future marketing workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B, lifecycle, or customer marketing.
- Proven ability to independently manage programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of customer journey strategy, segmentation, and performance measurement.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with project management software, specifically Monday.com.
